libksieve4 software package provides Sieve, the mail filtering language, library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libksieve4
libksieve4 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libksieve4 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libksieve4 *
You will get with libksieve4 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
